This is one of my favorite times of the year for many reasons.  This is a season where we spend time with family and friends and celebrate how thankful we are to have such wonderful people in our lives.  With that said, it is also my favorite time of the year because Rustic Woods celebrates with parties for our community members.

Recently, we held our second Annual catered adults-only party in our newly renovated clubhouse.  A fantastic time was had by all as the DJ spinned great music and we feasted on fantastic Italian cuisine from Portobello Café.  Whoever attended raved about the food, the music and the company.  Thank you to all who participated!

We also held our Annual Kids Halloween Party and, as usual, it was loads of fun.  This year, we had a carnival theme and the kids played games and won fantastic prizes.  At the end of the party, each child walked away with a huge Halloween bag filled with candy and other goodies. 

Next up will be our Annual Kids Holiday party to be held on Saturday, December 21, 2019 at 5 pm.  It will feature a visit from Santa and he will be happy to take pictures with all of the community children.  Also, after Santa heads back to the North Pole, we will enjoy a movie night pajama party featuring the holiday classic, The Polar Express.  Food will be served and fun will be had by all.  Please be on the lookout for a flyer coming to your email and to your front door in the coming weeks. 

As the year comes to a close, it is important to remind all homeowners of the important tips needed to maintain a happy and healthy community.  Please refer to our Fall Letter that was distributed to all homeowners and can be found on our website as well.  The letter is chocked full of information on how to maintain our homes during the Winter season.

I cannot stress enough that the HOA board is here to serve you and, as president, it is always a pleasure and an honor to make sure this community is in the best shape it has ever been in both in aesthetics and in its finances.  We have more money in our reserves than we have ever had and that is with the recent repairs and refurbishment to the clubhouse.  We have been able to tackle the many issues in our community and keep our common charges down in the process.  We know there is always more work to be done and our board is ready to tackle any obstacles that come our way.  Thank you all for reading and please do not hesitate to contact management for any issues you may have.
